Complicance

Any kind of surgery has his specific risks. Tissue lesions, as bowel, bladded and artery damages are possible, but very rare and strictly connected with the surgical procedure complexity and with the patology to treat.

The complication risk is significatively higher in patients who still underwent a surgical procedure.

Laparoscopy cannot be performed in obese patients; in very few cases oparation cannot be completed laparoscopically, so a laparotomic "conversion" is needed.
